Its every wine and champagne lover’s dream to own a vineyard and make wine, well now you can, for a day that is. We pick you up at the main train stations or your accommodation in the Champagne region of France, known for its bubbly wine namesake.
You are then driven through UNSECO Heritage vineyards to a master winemakers establishment. Here you are welcomed into the vinery and shown the process of champagne making followed by tasting of base wines. With the help from the master wine maker you learn to blend the base wines to create your own special blend. You will try and taste different blendings of several new and old wines of champagne to find the best taste for you.
