• Advance Amount 50% to be paid to confirm the booking.
• Balance 25% amount to be paid 4 weeks before the trip.
• Full and final amount to be paid 2 weeks before the trip - if the final amount is not paid 1 week before the trip start date, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking.

The lead name on the booking must give notice to cancel the bookings in writing via email and we shall refund or provide the credit of the tour cost after deduction cancellation charges as under.

In order to cover our expected loss from the cancellation of the booking there is set scale of charges which must be paid by you or any one traveling with you;

• Refunds will not be given for any advance payments that are explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of booking.
• From the booking date till 30 days prior to the departure date, 30 % of the booking cost is chargeable.
• From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date, 50 % of the booking cost is chargeable.
• For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the Booking cost is chargeable.
